Delicious and easy on the wallet- also willing to customize orders with no fuss. We had a vegetarian (large cheese grits, tomato slices, fried egg) and a vegan (veggie omelette, no egg or cheese, veggie toppings on top of home fry style potatoes, dry toast with jam). Half cut sweet tea was perfect. We will be back!

For the past few years, my wife and I have been going out on saturday drive for an hour or two and find a locally owned restaurant and eat a cheeseburger. We have been to dozens of restaurants, and the Home Place has the best cheeseburger we can find. (The Rebel) is the perfect burger. Everybody needs to try this burger. You will not be disappointed.

Went here for lunch with my family today for the first time. There were 7 of us they instantly moved 2 tables together for us. There was one waitress working and she was killing it for being a Saturday afternoon! Food was amazing but the hush puppies were outta this world. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone and we will be going back.

Freaking phenomenal, diet hating, hangover loving, southern food with a lot of southern charm. Love stopping by whenever I am around and sitting down to a meal here. Honestly still haven't made it for breakfast but I can only imagine they do it right. Awesome staff to boast, friendly, courteous...I mean what more could you ask for? Stop in, you will love it

Great place to eat , Food is always good. And I love that it's close by. The staff there is always very friendly and gives great service. I'd recommend the Homeplace Restaurant to anyone that want's a friendly family environment and great food. My favorite place to eat in Lincolnton.
